Our work is informed by data we collect on our programmes, from our products and public datasets from organisations like the NHS, Local Authorities and open data initiatives
Our data collection process allows us to collect data in real time to inform and improve our programmes. We collate this infomation and feed it back to our partners and customers in a format that is user friendly, in line with their KPI’s.
Over the past few months we have been working on a digital roadmap with the goal of establishing a common digital vision amongst Chanua’s key stakeholders for the future of our programmes and products. We are excited to be sharing the new direction of our digital offering.
